ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner and Manager to HL18 Property Portfolio in connection with the SEK 550 million senior secured bond issue

HL18 Property Portfolio AB (publ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oscar Properties Holding AB (publ), has successfully issued SEK 550 million senior secured bonds with a tenor of three years. The proceeds from the bond issue will be applied towards financing the acquisition of 18 commercial properties.
The transaction received strong interest from Nordic and international institutional investors and the books were oversubscribed. The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
