According to World Economic Forum, it will take 200 years to close the gender capital gap. That is too long. We need gender equality within areas of business such as finance ‒ and not just because it is good politics. It is good business. Research has shown that businesses with a higher level of gender equality actually have better revenues. However, working towards gender equality does not only revolve around the numbers.
