On Thursday 1 February 2024, Clavister announced that its rights issue of units of SEK 170 million was subscribed for in full. The purpose of the rights issue is to strengthen the working capital to enable continued growth and to optimise the capital structure by reducing parts of the current debt.
In addition to the SEK 170 million, two series of warrants were issued as part of the rights issue of units, which may yield additional proceeds totalling approximately SEK 120 million if subscribed for in full during September 2024 and March 2025.
