ABGSC acted as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner in the SEK 948 million primary placement in Storytel

On 20 February 2020, Storytel AB announced the successful completion of a private placement of c. 6 million new shares of class B at a subscription price of SEK 159 per share, raising gross proceeds of SEK 948 million. The transaction was carried through an accelerated book building process coordinated by ABG Sundal Collier. In connection with the placement, Storytel engaged ABG Sundal Collier as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner. The company has now raised over SEK 1.7 billion in equity through four capital raises since becoming listed, all of which were coordinated by ABG Sundal Collier.
