ABGSC acted as sole global coordinator and bookrunner in the capital raise of more than SEK 150 million in X Shore

X Shore, the Swedish brand driving the future of electric, connected and sustainable boating, today announced the successful completion of a capital raise of more than SEK 150 million. Valued at over SEK 800m pre-money, the financing round was led by Lukasz Gadowski, entrepreneur and founder of Delivery Hero, and a group of investors in the e-mobility, sustainability, and electrification space.
Following a launch in the U.S. last month, X Shore plans to utilise the financing to expand production and industrialise operations, opening a second factory in Sweden. The capital will also be used to further develop the company’s technology and to establish a local presence in the U.S.
