ABGSC acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in connection with the SEK 312 million secondary sale of shares in Kambi Group Plc by Veralda Investment Ltd

Veralda Investment Ltd (“Veralda”) has completed the sale of 675,000 shares in Kambi Group Plc (the “Company”) at a price of SEK 462 per share, yielding proceeds of approx. SEK 312m. Following the transaction, Veralda owns 5,428,564 shares in the Company, representing 17.5% share capital in the Company.
The placement, which took place through an accelerated bookbuilding process, attracted very strong interest from high quality institutional investors domestically and internationally, and was multiple times oversubscribed.
