ABGSC acted as Sole Financial Advisor to Sikri Holding AS in connection with the acquisition of Ambita AS, and Sole Manager and Sole Bookrunner in the equity financing

Sikri Holding AS (“Sikri” or “the Company”) announced on Monday 19 April 2021 the strategic acquisition of Ambita AS for an enterprise value of NOK 950 million. Ambita is a technology company delivering solutions digitizing the real estate market. The company’s services are used by several thousands of users in real estate transactions and construction projects every day. The acquisition marks a change of pace in utilizing public data and developing new services for citizens, public administration, and private businesses.
In connection with financing of the equity component of the acquisition, Sikri announced on Monday 26 April 2021 the successful completion of a private placement raising NOK 460 million in gross proceeds to the Company through allocation of 4,000,000 new shares at a price of NOK 115 per share. The private placement, which was well oversubscribed and attracted strong interest from existing shareholders in the Company and high quality institutional investors, took place through a bookbuilding process after close of market on 26 April 2021.
