ABGSC acted as sole financial advisor to Procuritas in connection with the sale of Duett to Accel-KKR.
Transactions
On Wednesday 11 December, Accel-KKR acquired Tynset Holding, which is the direct owner of Duett AS (“Duett”). The transaction includes the sale of all shares owned by Procuritas. The management and employees of Duett will reinvest a share of their proceeds and will continue as owners alongside Accel-KKR.
