On Tuesday 28 April, Amasten entered into an agreement with SBB to acquire a residential property portfolio With an underlying property value of SEK 1,500m. Through the acquisition, Amasten continues to execute on its Growth ambitions and reaches a property value of over SEK 8bn. To partly finance the acquisition, Amasten, on the same day as disclosing the deal with SBB, announced the successful completion of a directed issue of 90 million shares at a subscription price SEK 7.2 per share, raising gross proceeds of SEK 648m. The subscription price was determined in an accelerated book building process and corresponds to a discount of 5.3% in relation to the previous closing price. In relation to the long-term net asset value (EPRA NAV) per share as of 31 March 2020, the price corresponds to a premium of 7.3%. The share issue was directed to both existing and new shareholders. ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole financial advisor and bookrunner in the share issue.
