ABGSC acted as sole bookrunner to Holmetjern Invest AS in connection with the NOK 100 million senior secured tap issue

ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Bookrunner to Holmetjern Invest AS in connection with the NOK 100 million tap issue in the outstanding NOK 200 million senior secured bond “HOLMIN01” (ISIN: NO0010815632) with maturity 16 February 2022. The transaction was announced on Wednesday 15 January 2020 and Holmetjern Invest AS met with Norwegian and Swedish investors during a two day roadshow that commenced on Monday 20 January 2020. The tap issue was successfully closed on Tuesday 21 January 2020, pricing at 100.00% of par. Following the tap issue, the outstanding amount in HOLMIN01 will be NOK 300 million. The net proceeds will be used to invest in the core business and general corporate purposes.
