ABGSC acted as sole bookrunner in the SEK 224m directed share issue in Fastpartner AB

On Wednesday 19 February, Fastpartner announced the successful completion of a directed issue of 2 million shares, raising gross proceeds of c. SEK 224m. The share issue was directed to selected Swedish and international institutional investors, among others, Carnegie Fonder, Länsförsäkringar Fastighetsfond and Odin Fonder.
