ABGSC acted as sole advisor in relation to the listing of Kahoot! on Merkur Market and as Joint Bookrunner in a subsequent NOK 295m private placement

ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Advisor in relation to the listing of Kahoot! on Merkur Market, a multilateral trading facility operated by the Oslo Stock Exchange. The first day of trading of the Company’s shares on Merkur Market was 10 October 2019.
Subsequently, on 22 October 2019, Kahoot! announced the successful completion of a private placement of NOK 295 million through an offering of 7.75 million shares, of which 6 million new shares and 1.75m existing shares following exercise of fully vested employee options. The subscription price was NOK 38.00 per share.
The private placement was initiated based on considerable investor demand from a consortium of Nordic and international investors. The net proceeds from the private placement will be used to further grow Kahoot!, including allowing the company to pursue value-creating non-organic opportunities.
