ABGSC acted as joint manager in connection with the NOK 423 million senior secured bond issue by Carucel Sentrum Holding AS

Carucel Sentrum Holding AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carucel Eiendom AS, has successfully completed a NOK 423 million senior secured bond issue. The bonds are secured (with an LTV of 65.0%) in four properties owned by Carucel Sentrum Holding AS, all centrally located in Oslo. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be employed towards refinancing of existing bank debt and the general corporate purposes of Carucel Eiendom AS. ABG Sundal Collier ASA acted as joint manager in connection with the bond issue.
