ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint lead manager and joint bookrunner in the NOK 777m private placement in Quantafuel ASA
On 11 September 2020, Quantafuel ASA (the “Company”) announced the successful completion of a private placement of NOK 777 million consisting of 11.1 million shares at a subscription price of NOK 70.00. The private placement consisted of a new share issue raising gross proceeds to the company of NOK 602 million through the issuance of 8.6 million new shares (6.8% of outstanding capital) and a secondary sell-down of 2.5 million existing shares from certain shareholders for total proceeds to the sellers of NOK 175 million.
Quantafuel will use the net proceeds to the company from the private placement to invest in further expansion and build out of new plastic waste recycling plants, as well as for general corporate purposes.
