ABGSC acted as joint bookrunner to The North Alliance, a portfolio company of Norvestor, in connection with their SEK 925m bond issue

NoA BidCo AS (“The North Alliance” or “NoA”), is a leading consulting group combining a premier offering across sales & marketing strategy, technology, and AI to drive growth for blue-chip clients. NoA, a portfolio company of Norvestor, has successfully issued SEK 925 million in senior secured bonds with a tenor of 3 years, marking the company’s third bond issue in the market.

Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance its outstanding existing bond and for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions. The bond issue received strong demand from high quality institutional investors and will carry a coupon of 3M STIBOR + 5.65%.
