ABGSC acted as Joint Bookrunner in the SEK 1,194 million IPO of Fractal Design on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market

Fractal Design, a leading designer and manufacturer of premium PC hardware including cases, cooling, power supplies and accessories has successfully completed its initial public offering on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. The Offering attracted very strong interest from both Swedish and international institutions as well as the general public in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The offering was massively oversubscribed.
The IPO was priced at SEK 41 per share, equivalent to a market capitalisation of SEK 1,194 million. The SEK 550 million offering consisted entirely of shares offered by the principal shareholder Litorina. Trading on First North Premier commenced on 11 February 2021.
