ABGSC acted as joint bookrunner in the NOK 160 million private placement in Ultimovacs ASA

Ultimovacs ASA (”Ultimovacs” or the “Company”) announced on Thursday 28 May the successful completion of a NOK 160 million private placement. The private placement was launched in connection with the announcement of a collaboration with a leading Big Pharma company and a European oncology clinical trial group to evaluate Ultimovacs’ universal cancer vaccine (UV1) in a large Phase II clinical trial. The funds will be used to finance this trial, strengthen the Company’s clinical programme and for general corporate purposes.
The private placement attracted very strong interest from Norwegian and international high quality institutional investors and was conducted at a price per share of NOK 38.90, equivalent to the closing price on the day of the private placement.
