ABGSC acted as joint bookrunner in connection with the NOK 40m Private Placement in poLight ASA

On 16 April 2020, poLight ASA announced that it successfully raised NOK 40 million in gross proceeds through a private placement new shares priced at NOK 55 per share. The private placement represented 9% of the outstanding share capital and was well supported by both existing shareholders and new investors.
The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to finance further growth of the Company and general corporate purposes.
