ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in connection with the NOK 350 million secondary sale of shares in SATS

On Thursday 15 February 2024, Tryghedsgruppen, Altor and HFN Group announced a sale of approximately 20.5 million shares (10% of shares outstanding) in SATS. The transaction was completed as an accelerated bookbuilding and priced at NOK 17 per share, for a total transaction size of NOK 350 million. Following the transaction Tryghedsgruppen and Altor retain an ownership of 22.6% and 19.2% respectively, while HFN Group has exited its position fully.
