ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to the co-founders of Distriktstandvården in their recent partnership with Polaris.
In August 2020, Distriktstandvården and Polaris completed their partnership, which resulted in Polaris investing in Distriktstandvården alongside the co-founders of the company. Distriktstandvården was established in 2010 through the acquisition of ten clinics from Folktandvården and has grown to become the largest independent dental chain in the Stockholm region and one of the largest in Sweden with 27 clinics located in Greater Stockholm, Uppsala and Mariehamn, Åland. Distriktstandvården generated sales of SEK 339m in 2019, representing growth of 20% compared to 2018
