On 7 May 2020, Söderberg & Partners announced the acquisition of a significant minority stake in APC Forsikringsmæglere (“APC”) for an undisclosed consideration. APC Founder and CEO Peter Lindblad will remain as a majority shareholder.
APC Forsikringsmæglere A/S is the largest B2C pension broker in Denmark and one of the leading fintech developers in the industry, a position that Söderberg & Partners hopes to help APC strengthen even further through cooperation around fintech development capabilities.

This is the second time since 2019 that ABG Sundal Collier is involved in a transaction with Söderberg & Partners. The first being as advisor to KKR upon the buyout firm’s acquisition of a significant stake in Söderberg & Partners.
