On 7 February 2024, Perimed AB (“Perimed” or the “Company”), the Swedish medtech company and global leader in instruments for advanced vascular diagnostics, announced that the Company is entering into a strategic partnership with Serendipity Partners, a leading Nordic healthcare growth investor. The partnership entails Serendipity Partners acquiring a 49% ownership stake in Perimed.
