On Wednesday, 5 August 2026, ECIT’s acquisition of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge Forretningspartner (“Forretningspartner”) was announced. Forretningspartner is a well-established Norwegian accounting and payroll company with a particular stronghold in Western Norway. The transaction marks yet another milestone for ECIT in its journey from establishment in 2013 to becoming a leading Nordic F&A and IT services provider. It also represents a continued cooperation between ECIT and ABG Sundal Collier, and the team would like to extend its gratitude for the trust and confidence.
