ABGSC acted as exclusive Financial Advisor to the shareholders of Constructa Entreprenør in in connection with the sale to Veidekke ASA for NOK 365m

On Wednesday 23 October 2022, Veidekke ASA announced the completion of the transaction to acquire 100% of the shares in Constructa Entreprenør for NOK 365m.
Constructa Entreprenør is a leading construction company in the Bergen region with 140 employees and annual revenue of around NOK 750m, which delivered an operating profit (EBIT) of NOK 49m in 2021. Constructa Entreprenør will be integrated into Veidekke Bygg’s Bergen division. Following the completion of the transaction Veidekke Bygg’s Bergen division will consist of around 350 employees with an annual turnover of approximately NOK 1.8bn.
