ABGSC acted as exclusive Financial Advisor to Attivo in its successful NOK 250m private placement directed towards a limited number of Norwegian family offices and institutional investors. The proceeds from this private placement will be invested directly in new real estate development opportunities, and will serve as an important first step for the company in its transition from being a fund manager to becoming a real estate development company.
Attivo is a practiced residential and commercial real estate developer in the greater Oslo area, having developed over 1,200 residential units and more than 200,000sqm commercial area across three funds managed on behalf of investors. The company’s current portfolio consists of seven ongoing projects with approx. 700 residential units under development.
