On 21 November 2023, Permira and Blackstone announced a voluntary tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding ordinary Class A shares in Adevinta ASA. On 22 December 2023, Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, approved the offer set out in the offer document.
