Nordic investment bank ABG Sundal Collier continues to recruit top talents to support the growing demand for high-quality equity research. The latest recruitment is Anders Idborg who will join ABGSC’s Equity Research team in Stockholm to cover the Swedish industrial sector, which consists of about 50 companies. Anders will become co-head of the Industrial Research team, together with Olof Cederholm. He starts his position this September.
“We are very glad to welcome Anders back to ABG Sundal Collier. Anders has been a top-ranked analyst within the industrial sector for about 20 years and will contribute massively to our already strong research team”, says Christer Linde, Co-Head of Global Research at ABGSC.
Anders Idborg was earlier employed by ABGSC from 2011 until 2020, when he left to focus on other projects outside the firm.
ABGSC has in recent years increased its coverage of Nordic companies, and earlier this year the investment bank reached an important milestone, when it passed a total coverage of 400 Nordic companies.
“We are in a very interesting phase now, as we continue to increase our coverage of Nordic equities quite rapidly and we foresee that we will continue to recruit both senior as well as junior analysts to meet the growing demand for high-quality research from clients”, says Christer Linde.
Further broadening the expertise of ABGSC’s Equity Research team, Ceren Emre and Gonzalo Artiach Castanon will join the Healthcare Research team in Stockholm in October. They both have strong scientific backgrounds, with recent PhDs from Karolinska Institutet in Medical Sciences and Medicine.
Since July, ABGSC has also recruited five junior researchers: Adrian Gilani, Anna Danfors, Jakob Lembke, Max Bacco, Rebecka Gärderup.
