Bock Capital Investors S.à r.l. has sold 7,000,000 shares in Internationella Engelska Skolan to the Paradigm Capital Value Fund and other institutional investors advised by Paradigm Capital AG. The price was set to SEK 67 per share, which means that the total value of the Sale amounted to SEK 469 million. ABG Sundal Collier AB advised Bock Capital in connection with the Sale.
