ABG Sundal Collier acts as Joint Global Coordinator in the SEK 391 million rights issue in KlaraBo

On 28 November 2024, KlaraBo announced an acquisition of a property portfolio in Helsingborg for an agreed property value of SEK 850 million and a rights issue of SEK 391 million. Proceeds from the rights issue will mainly be used to finance the acquisition in Helsingborg. The portfolio is acquired at a net initial yield of approximately 5.2 per cent and consists of 740 apartments with a lettable area of 57,000 sqm. The subscription period in the rights issue runs from 9-23 December 2024. Approximately 91 per cent of the rights issue is covered by subscription and guarantee commitments from existing shareholders. ABG Sundal Collier acts as Joint Global Coordinator in the rights issue.
