ABG Sundal Collier acted joint bookrunner in the NOK 200m private placement in Targovax

Targovax retained ABG Sundal Collier to advise on and effect a private placement of new shares directed towards Norwegian and international investors, raising NOK 200 million in gross proceeds through the allocation of 10,000,000 new shares at a price of NOK 20 per share. The private placement took place through an accelerated bookbuilding process after close of market on 8 June 2017.
