ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole manager in connection with the placement of a new bond issue for Tveten Park AS

Tveten Park AS has successfully completed the issuance of NOK 350 million senior secured bonds in the Nordic bond market with a 3 year tenor and a coupon of 3m NIBOR + 325 bps. The bond issue was well received in the market and attracted strong demand from top tier Nordic institutional credit investors. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing bank debt secured in the group’s properties
