Conapto Holding AB (publ) (“Conapto” or the “Company”), is one of the leading Swedish data center providers, with facilities at four locations in Stockholm, Sweden. Conapto, a portfolio company of Marguerite, has successfully issued its inaugural SEK 500 million senior secured bond with a tenor of 3 years. Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing bank debt, and for the final investments in its fourth data center.
The book was well oversubscribed, receiving strong interest from high quality institutional investors. The senior secured bonds will have a coupon of 3m STIBOR + 5.75% p.a. and will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm within 12 months.
