Deal announcement

On Monday 27 March 2017, Kvalitena announced the successful completion of its third bond issue, amounting to SEK 800m. The bond has a tenor of 3.5 years, a floating coupon rate of 3M STIBOR +6.00% and a total framework amount of SEK 1,000m. The transaction attracted very strong interest from a wide range of Nordic credit investors, including top tier institutional investors as well as family offices and private banking investors, totalling over 80 names in the book. The net proceeds will be used to redeem one of the company’s outstanding bonds, refinance certain other debt as well as to finance general corporate purposes.
