ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole manager and bookrunner in the private placement of shares worth NOK 86 million in Kahoot! AS. The offering consisted of a primary offering of NOK 60m, a secondary offering of shares worth NOK 20m, and sale of shares worth NOK 6m issued in connection with the exercise of employee options. The net proceeds to the company will be used for further growth, including to implement revenue models and scale the user base, as well as for other general corporate purposes.
