ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in Forum Energy Technologies’ new USD 100 million senior secured bond issue

Forum Energy Technologies Inc. (“FET” or the “Company”), listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FET”, is a global manufacturing company that provides consumable products and capital equipment to operators in the oil, natural gas, industrial, and renewable energy industries. FET has successfully completed a new senior secured bond issue of USD 100 million, with a 5-year tenor. The net proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
Following a successful and well-attended roadshow with investor meetings, the bond issue attracted solid demand from high-quality investors both in the Nordics and internationally. The bonds will be listed on Nordic ABM and Frankfurt Open Market.
