ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole manager and bookrunner in connection with the SEK 450m senior unsecured bond issue by International Personal Finance plc

International Personal Finance has issued a SEK 450m senior unsecured bond under its EMTN programme. The bond has a tenor of 4 years and will carry a floating rate of Stibor 3m + 8.75%. The bond issue was conducted in order for International Personal Finance to broaden its investor base by reaching the Nordic market.
