ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole manager and bookrunner in connection with the SEK 300m senior unsecured bond issue and conditional buy-back by M2 Asset Management

M2 Asset Management has issued a SEK 300m senior unsecured bond within a SEK 1bn framework. The
bond has a tenor of 3 years and will carry a floating rate of Stibor 3m + 4.80% (no floor). In conjunction with
the new issue the company bought back SEK 300m of bonds from its outstanding SEK 900m 2020 senior
unsecured bonds.
