ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in connection with the NOK 150M private placement in Kahoot!

Kahoot! is pleased to announce that the Private Placement was successfully placed, raising gross proceeds
of NOK 150 million through an offering of 1,000,000 shares at a price of NOK 150 per share. The offering
comprised a primary offering of 865,000 shares and a sale of 135,000 shares to be issued in connection with
the exercise of employee options. The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to scale revenues
from USD 2 million (2018E) to USD +50 million (2021E) and reach profitability.
