ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole manager and bookrunner for Norcod AS’s NOK 190m private placement

Norcod AS (“Norcod” or “the Company”) announced on Friday 14 April 2023 the successful completion of a private placement of new shares. The transaction comprised 6,349,612 new shares, at a subscription price of NOK 30 per share, equating to a total transaction size of NOK 190 million. The net proceeds from the private placement will primarily be used to i) increase biomass in accordance with the Company’s production plan, ii) develop two new locations, and iii) for general corporate purposes.
