ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole manager and bookrunner for Ankarhagen Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with their inaugural three-year senior unsecured green bond issue of SEK 200 million

On Tuesday 20 January, Ankarhagen Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Ankarhagen”) successfully issued its inaugural three-year senior unsecured green bond in a nominal amount of SEK 200 million, within a framework of SEK 300 million.
Founded in 2011, Ankarhagen is an established owner and developer of commercial properties, focused on light industrial and warehouse assets in strategically located growth regions across central Sweden.
