ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Lead Manager in connection with the DKK 35m private placement in GreenMobility

Today, GreenMobility announced the successful completion of a private placement of 368,421 new shares, representing 22.1% of current outstanding shares. The shares were priced at DKK 95, corresponding to gross proceeds of DKK 35m and a 6.74% premium to last close. The net proceeds will be used to support GreenMobility’s growth strategy, in which it is the ambition to be present in more than 15 cities with more than 450,000 users by the end of 2021.
