Badger Explorer ASA today announced that it has raised NOK 45.000.000 in gross proceeds through a private placement of 360.000.000 new shares. The price in the Private Placement was NOK 0.125 per share. The Private Placement, which was oversubscribed, attracted interest from both existing shareholders and new high quality institutional investors.
