On Monday 23 December 2024, Asetek, the Danish gaming hardware company, announced the results of the rights issue raising approximately DKK 88 million. The net proceeds from the rights issue are intended to be used to strengthen Asetek’s balance sheet in the short and medium terms as well as enable continued investments into the growing SimSports segment. The company expects to complete the offering on 3 January 2025.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Global Coordinator in the rights issue.
