ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Sole Bookrunner in the directed share issue of SEK 100 million in ADDvise

On Monday 24 April 2023, ADDvise announced the successful completion of a directed share issue of approximately SEK 100 million. The subscription price was set at SEK 13.0 and was determined through an accelerated book building procedure conducted by ABG Sundal Collier as Sole Global Coordinator and Sole Bookrunner.
The directed share issue was directed to selected Swedish and international investors and was subscribed for by, among others, Alcur Fonder, Nordea Investment Management and Thomas Eklund.
The issue proceeds are intended to provide further funds to execute on a strategic acquisition agenda and to support investments in existing subsidiaries to promote continued organic growth within both business areas; lab and healthcare.
