ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in the SEK 106 million directed share issue in Signatur Fastigheter

On Monday 14 June 2021, Signatur Fastigheter announced the successful completion of a directed issue of 5.9 million shares at a price of SEK 18.0 per share, raising gross proceeds of SEK 106m. Signatur Fastigheter intends to use the proceeds from the share issue to strengthen the financial readiness for property acquisitions. ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in the transaction.
