ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner in the fully guaranteed rights issue of SEK 66 million in Freemelt Holding

On Tuesday 23 April 2024, Freemelt Holding, the Swedish additive manufacturing company, announced the successful completion of a fully guaranteed rights issue of approximately SEK 66 million. The net proceeds of the rights issue are primarily intended to be used in the industrialisation of Freemelt Holding’s industrial product- and service portfolio and to accelerate the commercialisation in the European and North American markets.
