ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole financial advisor in the private placement of SEK 132 million in XNK Therapeutics, a clinical stage immunotherapy company at the global forefront of the development of autologous NK cell-based products using its proprietary technology platform. The private placement was led by Flerie Invest AB, subscribing for SEK 100 million and thus becoming XNK Therapeutics’ largest shareholder.
The capital raise enables XNK Therapeutics to accelerate their global growth initiatives and the proceeds will primarily be used to finance further development of the product portfolio in multiple myeloma and other cancer indications.
