ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole financial advisor in the pre-IPO private placement of SEK 118 million in Svenska Brasserier

Svenska Brasserier, the Swedish restaurant group, has raised SEK 118 million in a pre-IPO private placement. The funds will primarily be used to expand Sturehof, finance investments of scalable businesses in new verticals and acquisitions.
Svenska Brasserier has since 1995, when acquiring Sturehof, developed and refined some of the strongest and most renowned Swedish restaurant brands in Stockholm. The group owns Sturehof, Riche, Teatergrillen, Taverna Brillo, Luzette, Emmer på Ulrikdals Värdshus, Gondolen and the Guide Michelin awarded restaurant Aira. The strong brands are used in several verticals such as Sturehofs Matmarknad, ghost kitchens and e-commerce.
