ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole financial advisor in connection with the USD 19.5m (SEK 154m) private placement in Acast

Deal announcement

On Wednesday 20th September, Acast announced that the company has raised USD 19.5m in a financing round led by a group of Swedish Investors. Lead investors in the round were Swedbank Robur`s funds Ny Teknik and Microcap as well as Norron Asset Management`s funds Target and Select. The Capital will be used to significantly expand its engineering team to further develop its audio-on-demand technology suite, and the new funds will also go towards accelerating growth in the U.S market and expand into new international markets.
