ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole financial adviser to the selling shareholders in the sale of Papirfly Group AS to Verdane Capital

On Thursday, 27 January 2022, it was announced that Verdane has agreed to acquire the majority of the shares in Papirfly Group AS (“Papirfly”, the “Company”) for an undisclosed consideration. The management and employees of Papirfly are reinvesting a share of their net proceeds and will continue as shareholders of the Company.
Papirfly is a Norwegian software company helping large corporates manage and develop their branded materials. It has a strong position in the global automotive industry and serves more than 100 of the world’s best-known brands, including more than 30 Fortune 500 companies. Papirfly experienced fast and profitable growth in 2021 and is expected to report FY2021 revenues close to NOK 250 million.
As the new majority owner in the Company, Verdane will bring deep sector expertise, an international expert network, and operational excellence to support Papirfly’s global growth, enabling the creation of a global leader within Brand Activation Management. The transaction is expected to close in February 2022, subject to approval by relevant authorities.
